How to Shop?
Shopping at Pureman is really easy. If you know what you are looking for, just use the links by categories:

Once you have found the product you are looking for, just click the "ADD TO CART" button underneath.
You can review the items in your shopping cart by selecting Shopping Cart Link at the very top of the page on the right hand side and click "VIEW CART". You can add your products or remove them from the Shopping Cart at your discretion. Once you are happy with what you have selected, just click on the "CHECKOUT" button.
Do I need an Account to place an Order?
No you dont need an account, you can shop as a GUEST, however, if you register with us, you will enjoy the following benefits:

Can I add item to an existing order?
Once an order is placed, and you want something else added, you need to be quick! We may be able to add your new order to the existing order - all you would need to do is go through the website place your second order and select "Salon Pick Up" to avoid any additional shipping costs. Please also leave us a note quoting your Order No from your first purchase. Please note, that whilst we will endeavour to combine the orders, we cannot guarantee this - so please check first!
How do I Return or Exchange?
Changed your mind? No problem. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will happily accept returns of UNUSED and UNOPENED products providing that we receive your return request within 120 days of the PURCHASE date.
How much does a Haircut Cost?

I'm missing some products, what do I do?
Whilst we take great care to ensure all products are packed and delivered to you, unfortunately things may go wrong sometimes. If your order is missing a product, please do not hesitate to contact one of our customer service team by calling 1300 130 630 or or complete the contact form and someone will be in touch to resolve matters asap.
I have the wrong item or my item is faulty?
