Q | What does Auto Ship mean?
A | Auto ship is an easy way for you to never worry about running out of your favourite products. Just tell us which items you want delivered and how often. You wont have to place an order for your must have products everytime you run out. Plus your auto ship orders come with 5% off every time.
You always have complete control over your deliveries. You can change delivery frequency and quantity in the Your Account section when you login to your account.
Q | How do I sign up for Auto Ship?
A | You can have any product auto shipped by visiting the product's page and selecting the "Auto ship and save" box below the product price. Once you have selected "Auto ship and save" select your delivery frequency and then click "Add to Cart" as usual and check out as you normally would.
Q | What about shipping charges?
A | If your order is above $50, then you will not incur shipping costs and all future orders that are above the $50 threshold will not incur shipping costs.
Q | When do items ship?
A | Your first order will ship on the same day the order is placed if placed before 2pm and all future orders will be processed depending on the frequency you chose when placing your first order. For example, if you place your initial order on June 15th and you choose a two month delivery frequency, the next order date will be August 15th and the order will ship on the same day (unless it falls on a public holiday in which case it will be shipped out the next business day). All orders are shipped out using Australia Post registered post.
Q | When will I be charged for orders?
A | Orders will only be invoiced to the credit card used to create your auto shipment on the anniversary date of when you chose to have your next shipment to be sent. You can cancel any order upto 24 hours before the next order processing date.
Q | Is there a minimum purchase obligation?
A | No, however, free shipping only applies on orders above $50.00. You can cancel or modify at any time.
Q | Are there any recurring charges associated with Auto Ship?
A | No, the only cost is the cost of goods and if applicable, cost of shipping.
Q | How do I manage my product auto shipments?
A | Login to your account and then click the "Manage Auto Shipments" link on the right hand side of the screen.
Q | How do I skip delivery?
A | If you need to skip a delivery, just login to your account and then click the "Manage Auto Shipment" link on the right hand side of the screen. Then click "Delivery Schedule" to see upcoming deliveries and click "Skip" for whichever deliveries you want to skip.
Q | How do I cancel all future orders?
A | Login into your account and then click "Manage Auto Shipments" link on the right hand side of the screen. Then click "Cancel" next to each auto shipment you want to cancel.
Q | How do I change my shipping address?
A | Log into your account and then click "Manage my Auto-Shipments" link on the right hand side of the screen and click "Edit" next to your auto shipment and then "edit" below your address.
Q | How do I change the credit card?
A | Login to your account and then click the "Manage Auto Shipments" link on the right hand side of your screen. Then click "Billing Information", and update your billing information.
