to prep our Puremen for autumn.
As the air begins to cool and thongs become a less frequent piece of our daily wear, thoughts begin to turn to autumn and what that means for men’s fashion and grooming. They may also turn to a new season of footy. But we’ll leave that for others to focus on. Here, we’ll take a look at men’s fashion for fall and follow up with a post about fall grooming for the blokes.
Browns: Melbourne may be known for it’s black and grey attire, but they - and the rest of the men in the country - should be reaching for their browns this season. With more life and warmth to this earth tone, brown jumpers, jackets and as well as pants are all fair game for your autumn (and winter) wardrobe.
Outback Cowboy: Take inspiration from the outback on your down days - checks and plaid are in, as are those cowboy style hats or boots. If you’re bold, put ‘em together, if you’re one to play your fashion on the safer side, get yourself a nice plaid shirt to layer with a plain tee and jeans.
Shoes: Since you’re putting the thongs back in the closet, break out the hiking boots and invest in some white sneakers. Casual days are becoming oh - so casual.
Classic: Don’t forget to keep your suits sharp and your business attire on point. Not much has changed here, this is always pretty classic in terms of men’s fashion.
