DO I EXFOLIATE IN THE MORNING OR AT NIGHT?
We feel like there isn’t an exact answer to this question...it kind of depends. If you have dull or oily skin in the morning and you’re using a scrub exfoliator, an a.m. session will benefit you greatly by helping to remove more of the excess oils and brightening your skin to start your day. However, if you’re planning on using a stronger chemical exfoliant, a nighttime application would be a safer bet. Many acid based products can irritate the skin in sunlight, so playing on the cautious side would be our way to go.
Just because you’re giving your face a fresh, youthful glow, it doesn’t mean you don’t have to stick to the daily moisturising routine. DON’T OVERDO IT
